Message from our CEO & President Saeed Amidi: 

It has been an extraordinary year for the Plug and Play community. We have expanded our international reach to Singapore, Malaysia and Egypt, as well as built Silicon Valley Bridges with Belgium, Chile, and Japan, just to name a few.
 
The world is seriously becoming flat with entrepreneurs from around the world having better opportunities to monetize their applications through iPhone and Android. Here at Plug and Play, we are very grateful that we could become the platform of choice for hundreds of startups from Silicon Valley, all over the US, as well as from around the world where entrepreneurs can realize their dreams and build great companies.


We had over 50 funding events with more than $100M raised by our companies. We had more than 10 exits totaling in excess of $650M in a slow and depressed economy.
 
We are confident that 2011 will be a great year for the startup world and we look forward to playing a major catalyst in helping our startups and our community succeed.
 
I take this opportunity to wish everyone a Happy New Year and a great year ahead.
